Thank you and Dr. Hooper for all you’ve done for Mom (Phyllis Hale) over the years to give her the best opportunity to hear. I know hers was a very difficult case and with the hearing aids you were able to provide she had the best quality of life she could under the circumstances. I know Mom liked working with you and really appreciated your kindness and what you did. And I’m really grateful for being able to maintain your service once she had to return to Michigan.
