You don’t feel rushed out from your appointment. His office staff is all so great. if you need repair it only takes 2 days to get it back. we was in NC he sent me a hearing aid to use and postage paid box to sent mine back for repair. You will never find a better audiologist than Dr Hooper. He even fit my husband who has cancer with hearing aid that is very comfortable for him to wear. He is the best in the country. Give him a try and you won’t regret it. No one else rents hearing aids which is so handy and free repairs and batteries.
