My husband and I stopped in today to see if you could find out what the problem was with his hearing aids. We are from another state and not a regular customer of yours but I’m so grateful that we were fortunate enough to find you. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. I have experienced in the past, that if you haven’t purchased the item from them, they aren’t interested in helping you to resolve the problem. However, I did not find this to be true at Eartronics. Everyone was so helpful and professional and resolved our problem very quickly and at a reasonable price. I thank you for your help and I will gladly refer you to my friends and acquaintances.
