There was a time that I could hear like the rest of the world. Unfortunately, the government didn’t provide these services anymore and I was once again lost. Depression is not the word, sad wasn’t either, but “torture” fitted perfectly. People had to constantly repeat what they were saying over and over again, I felt every time they would have to raise their voices or yell that I was doing something wrong. Now I am content due to moving to North Fort Myers and meeting the office manager and the only Audiologist who would even give me this opportunity to “Hear like the rest of the world!”
Sherri and Dr. Hooper are both God-sent. Thanks to Dr. Hooper he worked with my budget and did an audiology test, fitting and I finally have hearing aids again. I do recommend Ear-Tronics to anyone who is going through what I had to go through. I have referred people to their office and I’m glad that I was able to help someone who was struggling like I was. She is getting her fitting for hearing aids, too! I am highly “satisfied” with Ear-Tronics staff for making me feel Alive again. Life is so much clearer to me.
