Dr. Hooper was so patient with me and really took his time to test me and make sure I understood how to care for hearing aids and use my iPhone to regulate aids. I never felt rushed and would highly recommend him. I also noticed people coming in with problems who were taken care of immediately, which is kind of nice to know. Office staff is also very kind and efficient.
