for many good years of service of hearing aids and attention to hearing loss.
Many years ago my Mother moved down from Pa. She had two hearing aids that were not working well. A nurse friend at Lee Memorial suggested to me that I use Ear-Tronics. I made the appointment for her with Dr. Hooper whose office it was. She got new hearing aids and was very pleased with them. My brother with whom she lived was thrilled that he did not have to keep looking for hearing aid batteries on sale because batteries were included with purchase of the hearing aid and a phone call could have new ones sent if needed. Her hearing was checked on a schedule and also whenever she thought something was not working well. If it needed something done it went into the repair service there.
Well my mother passed away in 2006 and then I became the one who needed a hearing aid. Yes, I have been deaf in one ear since I could not hear my dad’s watch at age of three. I have been a customer of Ear-Tronics. since my mother was gone.. I am still always pleased with service. Kyle has taken over his Dad’s job in this office. Things are still the same. Great service always, including their repair service which is just inside the front door into the office. Gail working in the office and answering the phone and scheduling appointments, Also will send batteries by mail.
I would suggest this service to anyone needing help with hearing or needing hearing aids.
